How to remove IP from CBL/XBL list

I have recently moved website to vps and detected that server cant send emails to specific domains. They return such emails after I try to send them an email:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

  komisar@amigogroup.com.ua
    SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<komisar@amigogroup.com.ua>:

I have followed https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/185.86.78.52 but there is no option to delete my ip from their list. What do I do to remove ip from that list?
