Send an email V2 action in Flow does not allow for items created on libraries [closed]

1. I created a flow on a library to send an email when an item is added to the library.

2. I wanted to use the Sen an email V2 so that I could use the rich text editor details.

3. This does not work as the Dynamic Content doe not come through for selection.

4. So, I used the Get User Profile (Office 365) and unfortunately it fired off emails to my entire company.

5. I also tried to use the Send an email and this does not allow for the rich text editor details at all, and it allows the selection of Dynamic Content, but does not send based on those selected details.

6. The other thing is, the trigger When a file is created (properties only) is the only trigger that will allow me to select/use Library content, all the other triggers are for lists only.

7. I added the Dynamic Content to the "Get user profile (V2) in the User (UPN) and it does not work.

I have not had any good outcomes using Flow. SharePoint Designer has worked better for me.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
