When I delete the mails from my outlook inbox for jaysoni@jack.com, a copy is left in the Inbox folder. The account is set up as IMAP and loads emails correctly. I have 4 other accounts in my Outlook, are hosted at AWS IMAP accounts, and this issue is only happening with jaysoni@jack.com.
How can I solve this issue? Please advise me.
