So we currently changed our application (Outlook Addin) from 32Bit to 64Bit and now the preview function does not work anymore.
We have a separate window called from outlook, where you can choose between attached mails. Before the change Outlook had no problems with previewing or telling that "no preview is available". Now we got the error inside this link from a customer but we cannot reproduce the error. Why does it have a problem with our customers preview window but not on our side?
Is it true, that is IS NOT possible to preview emails in 64Bit?
