I'm using outlook for my Gmail accounts and it is setup as imap, I have to workers that are getting the emails on 2 different computers and when the first person opens the email its marked as read across the other computer as well which is causing the second person not to be aware of the emails received, so i created a rule in outlook that all new emails should be assigned to a category named 'Unclicked' and its changing the color and the font of the subject so the person should recognize its a new email, now I need a macro to remove the category form the email as soon as the person opens the email so that it shows as read. automatically
