Im looking in odoo documentation how it works, but can not find usefull information. Im working on odoo v12 community edition (newest commit). There are 2 scheduled actions to send emails. Mass Mailing: Process queue and Mail: Email Queue Manager. I guess that the first one job is to send all from mass mailing right? And second all others email like crm/project/activation lins on signup etc. I noticed that mass mailing is sending a packet of emails - each 100 emails. So If I need to limit 1000 mails from newsletter per day, I should execute Mass mailing action every (about) 2,4h.
And the 2nd job Mail: Email Queue Manager I set to every 5min.
But on this settings, when no newsletter is sending, for example activation link is send max 5sec after signup. When newsletter is sending, it tooks sometime even 1h.
How should I configure it to limit newsletter, and send others email instantly? And second question, how priority works. priority 1 is the most important or the other way?
