Localhost Xampp Server

I have trying enable the send mail service but not enable the mail service.

E:\xampp\sendmail\sendmail.ini file

I have all changes done but mails are not send

this is mail send mail code

So please check my code and let me know what problem this code.And php version is 7.2.

I have all setup the two file like: php.ini and sendmail.ini file change but not working the email.

please help me.
