I would like to have my outlook, or any other email, send my application a copy of emails receieved from a specific accounts i.e support@emailaccount.com. I really only need the subject and body portions of the email so that I can use it to create a trouble ticket and subsquent notes as additional communication on the email is recieved. If I can figure out how to send it, iI know how to handle getting the parts.
